1. You must rp your way in and out of the city. FM - 3 posts in and out. FW and slaves - 2 posts in and out.
2. FW and slaves MUST HAVE ESCORT. NPC escort is fine - FW must have a minimum of 2, slaves a minimum of 4 is required.
3. Unescorted slaves, your owner has three days to come pay your upkeep fee. If you haven't been picked up after day 3, your collar will be removed and you will become property of the city.
4. This home follows Prodigy fighting system. All combat will be judged by the Room Leader or his second in command. If either are involved in combat, then a judge of the RL's choosing will oversee the ruling.
5. The Ubar's word is law. What he says, is what happens. While he is the ruler, he does have a council that advices him.
6. We are here to roleplay. If you are here to cyber all the time, or fur, then do not enter. Any who are here to just cyber will be killed on sight.
7. Please keep all OOC to pm. Anything said in the open room can be taken as In Character and you might not like the outcome. So please respect our roleplayers and keep your OOC in Pm, Skype or Discord.
8. No secondary, or gender play allowed. You must roleplay as the sex you identify with.
9. Currently we are not accepting raids, this might change in time as the home grows.
10. The fg and sg are over all the city slaves so if you are placed into a city collar then you will speak with them first
11. All are welcomed into our City, which means the lil o means nothing here. If you act right you will be fine, otherwise you will either be chained or caged until the Ubar or the City Second comes in. Then they will decide your fate.
